Another Stealthy-cool concert

For the 2nd time in less than a month we were invited to an underground-ish concert that involves a band that we know. This time the venue was the Old Town Creamery (OTC) and the band was Kaiser-Cartel.

The OTC is out in Maple Lake, a 55 mile drive from here. The owners purchased the building, which is a garage that has been transitioned to an antique store and music venue that accommodates about 75 people. The events are all pot-luck, meaning everyone brings a dish to share. Beer, wine and soft drinks are included for our $20 tickets. Now that we've cracked the seal on the venue we stand to be invited to other shows.

We know of Kaiser-Cartel... they played our daughter's wedding back in 2007. They played for nearly 2 hours, the set included a lot of new material, old material and a few covers. It was a great venue for them and for the audience.
