Digital Cameras and Inconsiderate Motorists

This guy in the black SUV - MN plate PWC368 - was driving very rudely and dangerously on Summit Avenue in Saint Paul this morning. A car pulled out in front of him, and he had to brake to avoid a collision. Then he proceed to honk is horn repeatedly, and chose to pass the car in a precarious situation, putting others at risk. I thought I'd take his photo for the hell of it and post it here.
